First I was charged for an order I had cancelled on the same day I placed the order.My credit card company took care of it and I was refunded.

I had placed another order a day later which was May 16th. I had emailed them several times with no response. Finally on June 27th I received an email that my order was on the way. It is July 9 and I still don't have it and UPS says they never received it.

Again I emailed them and at this time have not heard from them.

This company stinks.

the online pet business is the worst experience for me online.they made it so difficult to return an item and i received emails from them calling me names and using profanities.

i would not recommend this company to anyone looking to buy pet products. their customer service is rude and vulgar. i did file a complaint with the better business bureau and i do hope people will do the same if they get the same treatment as i did shopping online for products and services.

i do hope this information is posted and once again, please do not shop with this company called HandsNpaws which is a division of Sophistication Alley.

I placed a small order on Dec 1, 2007, imagining I had plenty of time before I had to leave for the holiday. No word beyond the initial confirmation that they received my order. On the 12th, I emailed them to check on the status of the order. No response. On the 14th I emailed them again. No response.

I called on the 16th, and spoke to an unhelpful, surly man who suggested I contact "Sandra Henderson" via email with my "complaint." I did so, stating in no uncertain terms I wished to cancel my order immediately, that I approved their $5 cancellation fee, and that if I did not hear from them, they would hear from my attorney. I received THIS email in reply: "Crazy looney toon.. Lol. Like right you have a lawyer. You should need one to keep you out of lock up." I called my credit card company, and the $5 had been charged minutes earlier. Horrible, horrible people. I wish I had read this review before I tried to do business with them.
